HeaterMeals are complete, self-contained meals which come with a generous 3/4 - pound entree, fork, napkin, salt and pepper, as well as the unique water activated food heater separately attached to the insulated tray. Simply pour the enclosed pouch of salt water onto the heater pad, place the sealed meal onto the heater, and slide the tray back into the box.
