HeaterMeals EX Self-Heating Entrees come with a ¾ pound Pouched Entrée (50% larger than MRE entrees), and provide 310 to 480 calories per serving. 

We have a colorful package, consistent with the HeaterMeals line, to create appetite appeal, and our HeaterMeals EX Entrees are designed to keep sodium as low as possible, like "original" HeaterMeals Self-Heating Meals.  You'll even find a convenient serving tray provided in every package to easily enjoy your meal after heating.

To heat your HeaterMeals EX, simply place the pre-cooked, sealed pouch entree in the
Food Heater Bag, pour the enclosed packet of water into the Food Heater Bag and reseal. 
Place the Food Heater Bag back in the box (for field use - box is not required).
